DELIVERY POLICY
We will package and dispatch your goods via mail within 7 days of payment acceptance.
       
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
N.Z. customers - If you are not completely satisfied with the software, return it in its original packaging and condition within 14 days, and we will refund your money - less postage and packaging costs ( unless faulty ). Ensure that the return form on envelope is signed.
   
INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY
For any faulty products we will provide a replacement item on receipt of the original item in its original envelope with signed documentation. You must also include appropriate customs documentation. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. ( See Spectronics web site if you are an Australian customer )
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer has the right to cancel an electronic commerce transaction prior to the dispatch of goods. To cancel an electronic commerce transaction, the customer must contact Astech Software Ltd. before the dispatch of goods by phone, fax or email. This will then need to be followed by written confirmation of the cancellation.
